Inspired by natures entanglements and unexpected symbioses, my work explores the quiet complexity of nature and our surroundings and the dreamlike spaces where reality slips. I explore how lifeforms intertwine in ways both subtle and profound. I create large-scale drawings on paper using charcoal and graphite, often spending over 100 hours on a single piece. Working in slow, deliberate layers, I build detail and atmosphere gradually, allowing each drawing to emerge with depth and texture. Each piece draws on the tension between softness and structure, growth and decay. It invites the viewer to consider what lies beneath the surface. I’m fascinated by the relationships that defy expectation.
